[Shield 1] Why can't I change the username?


If an account has been created in Shield, the username for this account will be the same as the email address. If you try to change the username afterwards, it will not work.


You can still change the master data of a user. That means you can change the email address, the phone number and the first and last name:



But the username remains the same and you have to use it to log in with your account.

However, other e-mails will be sent to the new e-mail address, for example when you request a new password, when you receive the portfolios & analyses, etc.
