[Shield 1] How can I archive a portfolio?

In this article we show you how to archive a Portfolio.

Solution:

1. First you filter the active Portfolios with the filter status in the menu item Portfolios.

2. Select the value Active in the drop-down menu of the filter and then apply this filter.

3. Next to the portfolio which is to be paused, you will find the three-point symbol. Here you have to click on it and select Archive

(See screenshot below):

A popup window will appear with the following question: Do you want to change portfolio status?

4. Just click on the Button "YES" in order to archieve this Portfolio

5. Then the confirmation from Shield appears (top right):

Now the portfolio is archived, i.e. neither further calculations / measurements regarding the portfolio take place on our part from the time of archiving, nor can this portfolio be processed after archiving or similar.

This portfolio is now completely archived.

FYI:

It may well take 24 hours after archiving until the limits for portfolios > subscriptions have been reset.
